Arminda E. Martinez-Menendez is the Founder and CEO of M&M Maintenance & Cleaning Service, LLC, a woman- and minority-owned company built on resilience, integrity, and purpose.

A first-generation entrepreneur, Arminda’s journey is deeply rooted in the legacy of her mother, María Elena Martinez, whose life as a hardworking housekeeper and independent cleaner shaped the foundation of M&M. Despite completing only the third grade, María Elena dedicated her life to service, sacrifice, and providing her children with opportunities she never had herself. Her strength, dignity, and unwavering work ethic became the blueprint for the company Arminda would later build.

Inspired by that legacy, Arminda transformed lived experience into leadership. She earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, combining formal education with hands-on industry expertise to create a company that values professionalism, compliance, and people as much as performance.

Under Arminda’s leadership, M&M has grown beyond traditional cleaning services. The company now delivers high-quality commercial cleaning, porter, maintenance, and specialty services, all while fostering job creation, workforce development, and long-term partnerships with clients across Southern California.
